Here is my submission to this week's challenge at http://practicalscrappers.blogspot.com/ . The cleats are paper pieced from a clipart picture I found on the internet. I hope they like it.
hey Karen, good to see you hopping on board and participating here gf!! At first I was like where are her eyelets, then I realized they were on the cleats! VERY Clever, and so "natural" as the holes for the laces! AWESOME work! Thanks for joining us this week at Practical Scrappers dont forget about the weekend challenge! Hugs, Kerri
My name is Karen Harrington and my husband Bill and I have been married almost 29 years and live in Hoover, Alabama. We are proud parents of one son who like me, he wants to make this world a better place, so he has joined the Anniston Police Department. For my part, I teach pre-school at a VERY large, local Baptist Church. My goal in teaching is to show my students that everyone is an individual and it is okay to be the way the Lord made you. Be comfortable and happy with who you are.
I love those eyelets on those cleats. Fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThat is soooo cool! I love the paper pieced cleats! Very creative! Thanks for joining us at PS!
